Return Policy

Our return policy is 30 days. If 30 days had gone by from date of purchase, unfortunately we can not honor a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a refund, we require a purchase receipt and or proof of purchase to complete your return request. The items must be unused and in the same condition with the original packaging that you received. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate. 

Additional non-returnable items that we do not accept are gift cards.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Sales item - Final sale (if applicable) 
Only regular price items may be refunded, unfortunately sales item (Final sale) cannot be refunded or exchange.

Exchange (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damage. We only honor same item exchange. For a exchange request please contact us along with your order number to for further details.  

You are responsible for your own return shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you bill the receiver for your return cost, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item or product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping any item over $75, we recommend you to consider using a trackable shipping service with shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that every package delivery will be deliverable. We are not responsible for any lost or damage during transit of service for all returns or exchange.
